A STAR Lab is a highly structured workshop that uses design-thinking to explore the future of organization design and leadership. Experts in technology and organization design work together with high-level representatives from different organizations to create prototypes for the future of organization design and leadership to be tested in practice.

This study explores, through deep-dive interviews, how senior stakeholders from functions that are relevant in the Digital Transformation process perceive the related leadership and organizational challenges (with special emphasis on cross-boundary collaboration).

As the collaborative intensity of work has exploded and the pace of change has accelerated over the past decade, personal networks have become critical to the performance and well-being of individuals (and organizations).

This exciting, human-centered initiative is exploring how to better leverage technology to help people perform more valuable and meaningful work in a dynamic and unpredictable future.

Inclusion by Design is a conference for women 50+, business and civic leaders, and anyone else who is passionate about inclusive workplaces.

What determines the effectiveness of the employer-employee relationship and its impact on organization performance? With a multi-national survey (in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada), this project researches the state of the employer-employee relationship based on HR and other workplace practices.
