Since 1926, IRC4HR and its predecessors have exerted deep and profound influence on the practice of human relations, the experience of workers, the performance of organizations, and the continued evolution of the economy and society.
That influence has often been “behind the scenes” and difficult to directly attribute to our work, so its impact has been hard to see–until now.
