Innovation Resource Center for Human Resources (IRC4HR®) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, private foundation with a mission to advance the knowledge and practice of human relations in industry, commerce, education, and government organizations.
IRC4HR receives its income from investments and endowments. This income is used to fund research and to disseminate findings and insights to business and HR leaders, academics, public policy makers, and other individuals and organizations that share in – and can benefit from – our purpose.
In practice, this means we:
- Provide grants to fund research on topics of interest and importance to our stakeholders, such as how the changing nature of work and new business models impact – and require new approaches to – effective employment relationships, management practices, leadership, and organization design
- Collaborate with thought leaders focused on addressing current and future challenges in achieving the goals of organizations and the aspirations of the individuals who work for them
- Facilitate the ongoing development and sharing of insights and practical findings through publications, education, professional peer networks, and hosting of symposia or other action-oriented processes appropriate to the topics/issues covered.
If you are interested in submitting a request for a research grant, you can find information about our grant application process here.
If you have a question or issue you believe would make a good topic for research, please submit your suggestion here. We are eager to learn what members of our community would find of interest.
